These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DNC Studios website and your purchase of our products and services. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

DNC Studios ("we", "us" or "our") creates custom framed artwork made from photographs and creative ideas supplied by customers, with delivery across Nigeria.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to make the purchase.

When you place an order, you select a style, size, frame and other options and upload the photographs and details needed to create your artwork. Your order is an offer to purchase, which we accept once we confirm it and receive payment.

Where applicable, we prepare a digital proof of your artwork for your approval before production. It is your responsibility to review each proof carefully — including spelling of names, dates, and any text — and to approve it or request changes. Once you approve a proof, it is deemed final and production may begin.

All prices are displayed on our website and are payable in full at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed. We may update prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payments are handled by our third-party payment provider. By submitting payment you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method, and you agree to the payment provider’s own terms. We reserve the right to cancel any order where payment cannot be verified or where we suspect fraud.

You retain ownership of the photographs and content you upload. By submitting them, you grant us a limited licence to use, edit, reproduce, print and frame them solely for the purpose of creating and delivering your order.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights and permissions to the photographs and content you upload.
• Your content does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of any third party.
• Your content is not unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• You have the consent of any identifiable individuals appearing in your photographs.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, infringing or inappropriate.

All content on our website — including our name, logo, designs, text, graphics and the artistic styles we offer — is owned by or licensed to DNC Studios and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our prior written permission. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.

We aim to design, produce and deliver your artwork within the timeframes communicated to you. These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to demand, the complexity of your order, or factors beyond our control.

Delivery is available across Nigeria. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please ensure the delivery details you provide are complete and accurate; we are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.

Our products are custom-made and personalised specifically for you. For this reason, and to the extent permitted by law, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once a proof has been approved and production has begun, except where the item is defective or not as described.

If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved proof, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the issue. Where a claim is valid, we will, at our discretion, reprint, replace or refund the affected item.

We do not offer refunds for issues resulting from low-quality source photographs, errors in details you supplied and approved, change of mind, or minor variations in colour and finish inherent to printing and framing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DNC Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold DNC Studios harmless from any claims, damages or costs arising from your breach of these Terms, or from any content you submit that infringes the rights of a third party.

Our collection and use of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it to understand how we handle your data.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect is the one published on our website at the time you place your order, shown by the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of our website or services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
